There was a nice selection of rides for Sam too and he had plenty of goes as well :) and as you can see by his mouth he also had some cotton candy :)

Hurricane

You can see Susie and Chris in the car to the left. Chris is in the back seat. This ride threw the cars up in the air again and again as it went round and round fast. YUCK!!!!

Laurie didn't come to the fair with us as he slept at his friends house (the twins) all weekend...he knew we were going though and had the choice......

Ferris Wheel

It was very windy up there!!! And Lloyd was asking why my knuckles were so white clinging on...and why I had such a strange grin on my face......

I didn't like it lol.

But we did kiss at the top lol. And I was clinging on to Sam in case he slipped out! You can just about make him out in the picture.

I loved fair rides when I was younger.....I'm not so keen now......although I have agreed to go back on that dreaded Tower of Terror when we go back to Disney next year......GULP!

What a girl!

Yesterday we took the kids to the funfair in Millwoods. We had a great time. Abigail went on this kind of indoor playground type funhouse thing which she loved! While she was on it though she hooked up with some guy!!!! All be it a 7 year old guy lol but still! So afterwards (lol) he asked if she'd like to go on the ferris wheel with him!!!! Too funny! So off she went on the ferris wheel with this young boy ....all smiles :)

Six years old and she picks up some guy at the funfair!!!

It was so sweet. The boys Dad was there and we were there and it was just the sweetest thing to watch. She gets off the ferris wheel and waves goodbye to the boy and that was that :)

Infertility Awareness Week

It's Canadian Infertility Awareness Week this week. I have several friends effected by infertility (both primary and secondary infertility) and so this is a subject very close to my heart.

I have been very fortunate, and although it took me a long time (in my mind) to fall pregnant with Sam, really I have been so very VERY lucky to have 5 very wonderful and healthy pregnancies and now have 5 wonderfully happy and healthy children.

Some people aren't so fortunate.

To all of you out there trying to conceive - I am sending you all a little magical baby dust and hoping THIS is the year that it happens for YOU!!!!!
