Its freezing!!!

Lloyd and I just went out quadding...only for 20 minutes or so but it was fun...it was also FREEZING....so cold that you could see your breath because of the condenstaion......my hands are now hot and tingly where they got so cold and have now warmed up...

So in future we may well need our gloves, thick pants and jackets.......

It was fun anyway...I love it :) the dogs came with us tonight and had a great run keeping up with us............what a lazy way to take the dogs for a run but so much fun! I had no idea I'd like quadding quite so much as I do!!!

So Chris is out (finally) celebrating his 13th birthday with his friends......I hope he's having fun! Laurie called and asked to sleep over at his friends AGAIN!!! So we took the girls and Sam out for dinner......OMG we're turning into one of those awful families that never eats a home cooked meal!!!!!! Wah!!! Roll on Fall and a quiet life and more home cooking again!!! Life is just too rushed.......but it seems a shame not to make the most of every warm sunny day!

The girls and Sam will soon be in bed and then Lloyd and I are going quadding for a while.........

We took the dogs for a walk this morning but I was inside all afternoon...the children were outside playing on the trampoline and that but I used that time to vacuum and clear up...I feel the need to get some fresh air for a while........

Chrystal isn't sure what time she will get the keys to her new home tomorrow so I'm not sure whether I will be heading there to strip or not.....yep tomorrow I become a STRIPPER ;) and I'm doing it for FREE lol! I can't wait to see their new place :)

Baby Congrats card............

I made this penis shaped card for Lloyd last year when he went for the 'snip'...I am busy this afernoon making a birth congrats card and as I was rooting through all my supplies I found this card! :)

For some reason this camera won't take a very good picture of it grrrrrr......the lights all weird......maybe I'll replace the pics later.......take some with the Nikon............

I'm little and hay bales are BIG...I just about managed to lift Sam onto this one but I was scared he'd fall so I couldn't move away to get pictures......................................I'll have to go back with Lloyd to get some better ones.................the angle is funny because I had to stand under Sam in case he fell lol!

As you can probably tell, my new camera takes sepia pictures......so we went up by the hay bales for a walk with Rosie and took pictures.....I just wanted to get used to the camera and play with the mid day light.........................

Yesterday Susannah sharpened every pencil in the house to a nice sharp point.........colouring pencils and drawing/ writing pencils.......and this morning the girls are making the most of them and have been colouring for hours.................

I took these with my new point and shoot which I still need to play around with.............
