Roast beef and yorkshire pudding.............

YUM!!!! The roast beef is PERFECT and is nor 'resting' on the stove top.....
its wonderfully tender and my cripsy pepper coating is just wonderful too :)

The yorkshire puddings are in and on the rise ;) .............and the potatoes are crisping in the oven (I cook them separately and they are fluffy inside and crispy outside) the vegetables will be done soon and then we are ready to eat....it smells so good and it has been MONTHS since its been cold enough for a Sunday roast dinner...........

We even have horseradish sauce to go with the roast beef :)
