You had to do (and I have added which ones I did):
1 page layout
use 2 pictures
use 3 techniques - stamping (white leaf on orange paper) inking (vellum title) chalking (yellow on vellum title)
use 4 patterned papers
use 5 embellishments - buttons, brads, vellum title, memories sticker, fabric leaf.
