The children put up their tree last night. It's a little different this year....I left them to it this year, and Abigail decided to be in charge. There seems to be a big section of tree missing from the back and for some reason there doesn't seem to be many decorations on it - and the tree topper is a candle made from a cardboard tube by someone in a past year....but nevertheless it looks beautiful and the coloured lights and tinsel are as pretty as always and give the room a gorgeous glow when we watch our holiday movies in the evenings :)
