We have had a bunch of helium balloons here this week..............I bought them for Emersons birthday pictures (you're welcome Tasha......I love the balloon pics!) and knew that my kids would enjoy them...they have played with them soooooo much! Tonight we decided to try an experiment to see how high we could get the balloon to go on a piece of string........................so we took it outside and had a ball of string attached......Unfortunately due to a) the weight of the string and b) the wind (although it had died down a lot) the ball went in a horizontal direction instead of vertical..............
So then we decided to let go of the balloon and watch it disappear...before this happened though Sam got tangled up in the string :)
