Kids need MORE activity AND a healthy balanced diet....an hour a day is recommended.....
Do mine get that? Not every day, but most days..........I tend to kick them all outside after lunch for a while...we do dancing inside a lot, yoga dvd, trampoline, walking the dogs, walking to the mailbox which is down by the highway..............we go to MP, the girls have dance class.............Lets Play...playing outside.......yard work..............
