Our drive home from date night.....the lake goes either side of the road, which I just love...and the water is almost at road level....the geese walk across the road in front of the cars and the Red-Winged Blackbirds are sat on the Bullrushes so close to you, singing their songs to one another.....it's beautiful! Last night there was a deer amongst the trees grazing too! We switch off the radio, pull the car to one side and sit and listen to all the birds. This is where we saw the two moose enjoying the sunset a few weeks back too! And last year I took pictures of the most amazing array of waterfowl!!!
