A prettier version of Susannah....

My Daughter...the psychopath!!!!

Hahahahaha...we were getting in the car yesterday and I was putting my seatbelt on, turned round and looked up to find Susie looking at me - I got a picture of her and then she pulled the scary face - made me laugh especially when you see her t-shirt says to come over to the dark side ;)

First visit of the year.....

Yesterday we made our first visit of the year to Katies Crossing for ice cream :) We LOVE going there!! Have to say it isn't somewhere we often go with Lloyd though as it's so close that we often go during the week when he is at work....but we thought the weather was so gorgeous and we were tired and decided not to go to the John Janzen Centres Planet Party after all...so we headed to Katies Crossing instead. It looked busy when we got there but most people were leaving as we got there and we were served straight away. We had our ice crams outside at the back and there was no one around. Lloyd had chips (English style fries) and we all shared them with salt and vinegar (yum) and then we all walked around and played on the trains, took lots of pictures etc etc and enjoyed the gorgeous weather!!!

LOVE that place :)

Yummy!!

Sam said he liked the pinky-ness and colour of the ice cream and he liked the strawberry flavourness of the ice cream. These are the two things he liked best of all :)

Laurence....

Laurie is thrilled as he is now an inch taller than me.....Chris was not taller than me until he was 14 1/2....and Laurie is only 13!!! Yikes I now have two Sons taller than me!!!

Truck stop!

We never leave Katie's Crossing without having some pictures on the back of the old truck!!

Abigail...

Early Monday Morning Visitors.......

Susannah called us this morning to say that when she was out feeding the animals this morning, there were three deer drinking down at our pond! They stayed for a drink for a few minutes and then walked on through our side woods....probably towards the road and then across into the field the other side (their usual route).

A wonderful way to start the week :)

I didn't have time to change my lens so click on the pictures to see them better :)
