Santa is in the UK!!!

We've been tracking santa all day on the NORAD site and just checked and he is in LONDON :)  So off to see Isaac very soon :)  How exciting!  I hope Louise, Lynne, Lynn and everyone else I know with little ones in the UK have lots of sleepy heads over there!!!  Goodnight!!!  We still  haven't had supper yet, and our neighbours are dropping by...then we're playing a game and watching a movie before bedtime!!!  Santa has 7 hours or so before he gets here!!!

The finished trees....

Aren't they wonderful???  :)

Christmas Eve craft...

Today I made some Rice Krispy Christmas Trees, and the children decorated them all with the candies left over from the gingerbread house decorating on Monday.  It was a really nice little craft for them to do on Christmas Eve :)

Seasons Greetings To One and All!!!

Merry Christmas to everyone who passes by this way today and over the coming days!

Thank you so much for dropping by my blog and for sharing in a part of our lives over the last year.

I hope you have a safe and peaceful Christmas and a wonderful 2010.

Warm wishes

The tree with the train....

The children love having a train under the tree this year - we want to get a really nice one but we'll wait a year or two until sam is a little older and the dogs a little calmer.  This one is a train that Sam can play with constantly and it doesn't matter if it breaks - it blows out steam and it plays songs and its fun for the children - it's cheap and cheerful and they love it :)

It looks cute too :)

We've never had a train under our tree before but I really like it - we always go and see the train in the shoe store window, so I think Sam was really excited to have one under our own tree :)  Laurence liked it too :)

Trying to get a lovely picture of the dogs by the Christmas Tree....

Lloyd helped but gave up.  Laurence helped but also gave up!!  Susannah helped and got the picture above, but Rosie found the whole thing just too hilarious:

And yes, in the chaos of getting the dogs to pose by the tree, the train had already gone FLYING!!!!  Sigh.......
