Still feeling crappy with my throat and cough and everything...but we headed out anyway. We had lunch out and went to Michaels....we bought glitter, new pots of paint, lots of wooden crafty bits and pieces to be painted....playdough, foamy kits....
And I bought the cutest snowman - its a jar and the snowman is kind of around the jar...or like the jar part is his belly.....its very cute anyway...not sure what I will fill it with, but he is sat on the table in my hallway :)
I heard back from Runners World - they said my subscription was cancelled because of a problem with my address (?????) yet they had my email address - they had used that to send my confirmation number etc...so why didn't they just email me to confirm my address????? So I have waited since June and they did NOTHING!!!! Ggrrrrrr. Lloyd said he would sort out my subscription for me if I wnat but I said to forget it - I think I would rather just buy the magazine each month instead of all this hassle...its the sme with Cretaing Keepsake magazine - you get your issue about 2 days before the NEXT one is due in the stores :( gggrrrrrr!
Today I got The Old Schoolhouse magazine in my mailbox...its a religious homeschool magazine....its ok - a little over the top re religion, but some of the articles are useful....I won a free subscription last year.
So when Chris gets home from school in a short while, I plan to go and soak in the bath with some Radox and my two magazines (I finally BOUGHT Runners World today now I know it won't be arriving in my mail box) Oh and Danica yes, I'm still running....I just never seem to update my running blog.....there seems little point unless something interesting happens on my run or I am in a race....not sure people would want to read 'today I ran for 30 minutes. I haven't run this week because I've been ill but apart from that yes I'm still running. I look forward to it - it gives you a high :)
Lloyd is cooking his infamous Butter Chicken tonight.....I had to pick the cream up in town earlier....along with some Alphabits cereal for a spelling activity on Monday.
Kids are home so I am off for my bath now :)
