What a lovely Sunday!!! Gorgeous GORGEOUS weather!! So nice that Lloyd and I had coffee out on the back deck this morning!!! :) We sat out there and watched all the birds on the feeders. It was just so lovely! We were going to head out to Elk Island for a walk this afternoon but in the end we decided to stay at home - the children were having so much fun sledding, so we decided to have a fire here. We left the kids sledding - Rosie was sledding with them (oh the poor thing) and Lloyd and I took Amber up over the fields in the warm sunshine. Then we headed back to the fire where we sat for ages while the children built snow forts and played with the dogs.
We had to run out and get Chris who had been in Edmonton at friends all weekend, then back home for a lovely roast beef dinner - yum!!! After a day outside in the fresh air we were all ready for dinner!!
This evening has been very emotional - sorting through my pictures while watching a show on hoarders!! I don't normally watch reality tv shows like this but I know a lot about hoarding and issues like that - and it's a subject Val and I were discussing last week - anyway this episode has been wonderful and soooooo emotional!!!! :( I also watched the show about Sully - the pilot that landed the plane on the Hudson river. Excellent!!
