Last night we decided to make the most of the warm evening....knowing only too well that summer will soon be over................we lit a fire over in the fire pit (no not the fire BOWL Christie lol and no fire 'pit' isn't a British term for a bbq lol) we have a fire bowl that we light over by the porch at times but we also have a big fire pit or stone circle that we light bonfires/ campfires in................
We sat by the fire...I was cuddling Sam, Abby was by Lloyd....the others were all inside......pottering about..........Chris exhausted from being at work 8am until 4pm..........Lauire tired from his sleepovers and Susie tired from playing at MP all afternoon.............Abby and Sam had had their energy renewed from naps!!!
The fire kept cracking and sparks would fly up and we wre telling Abigail that they were fire fairies flying off for the evening.........................
We pointed out the International space station to her and a low plane flew over ...landing at the little airport not far from us.....................and then we saw the nights first star...................so we sang the wish song 'Star Light Star Bright'........................
Amber and Rosie were running about playing together............then Amber came and sat beside us.........after a few minutes she farted loudly...then she stood up, turned around and sniffed and licked the ground where she had farted.......I guess it smelt good ;) hehehehehehhe!!
